Outback Emporium
Ystradgynlais Volunteer Centre has its Outback Emporium located at the rear of the shop on 16 Station Road. Open by request, or when manned by additional volunteers, The Outback allows the YVC to sell a wider variety of goods to the public, including bedding, toys, and a wide selection of crockery and cuttlery.
The Outback Emporium has several tables full of cuttlery, crockery and assorted tableware.
A large selection of bedding is available in The Outback, including duvets, quilts, cushion covers, pillow cases and sheets.
PAT-tested for electrical safety, electronic goods can be sold in the Outback Emporium. Where practical these are also tested for use, such as with kettles, toasters, hair-dryers etc. The selection is constantly changing, but it is a good first port of call if you are looking for a well-priced item to replace a lost or damaged one, or fit out a new flat or home.
