Fieldbay Ltd are based in Llansamlet and provide high-quality services for people who have complex needs associated with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia and long-term conditions such as Huntington's disease. They specialise in working with people that are regarded as too challenging for ordinary nursing and social care settings.
Vounteers are needed to help with a number of roles including:
- Befriending, talking and listening to Service Users
- Gardening
- Recreational Activities such as drawing, music, games etc.
- Helping out on different units
- Reading
- Helping out at different events
- Trips out into the community with Service Users
Assisting with meal times.
